Guardian collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when requesting our services, including your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and preferences. We may also collect information about your device and usage patterns when you visit our website.
We use your information exclusively to arrange and coordinate the services you request. Your data is never sold to third parties. We share information only with our vetted partner network where strictly necessary to fulfill your request — and only with your implicit consent by using our service.
Guardian maintains absolute discretion regarding client identities, travel plans, and preferences. We do not discuss, disclose, or reference client information externally. Partner communications are limited to what is operationally necessary.
We retain your personal data for the duration of our service relationship and for a period of 24 months thereafter, after which it is securely deleted unless you request otherwise or legal obligations require longer retention.
