Guardian operates as a luxury concierge and coordination service. We do not own or operate the hotels, vehicles, yachts, restaurants, or other facilities we arrange. Guardian acts as an intermediary and coordinator on your behalf, and is not liable for the direct provision of third-party services.
Guardian will confirm service arrangements in writing following your request. All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of arrangement. Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Cancellation terms vary by service type and third-party provider policies.
Payment terms are agreed individually for each service engagement. Guardian does not process credit card payments directly through this website. All payment arrangements are made through secure, agreed channels.
Guardian gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Vouchers may be applied against any Guardian service up to their face value.
Partner commission rates are agreed individually and may be adjusted based on referral volume and partner status. Commission calculations are based on Guardian's net revenue from referred guests. Payments are made on an agreed monthly or quarterly schedule.
Guardian's liability is limited to the value of its service fee. Guardian is not responsible for the actions, quality, or safety of third-party service providers. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure partner quality but cannot guarantee third-party standards.
These terms are governed by Albanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Albanian courts.
